Recipe of the month - Baked Cheese Sausage Dip
1-(8oz) cream cheese, softened
1-(8oz) sour cream
1 lb bulk pork sausage
2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can green chilies
1 loaf of baked bread or round bread
1 large bag of Frito Scoops
Hollow out bread to make bowl. Brown sausage & drain. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sausage, cheddar cheese & green chilies. Spoon mixture into bread bowl & bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. Serve warm with Frito Scoops. Yummy!
